I have been practising meditation for over 25 years and trained to teach mindfulness with the Mindfulness Association, a non-profit organisation that teaches secular, compassion-based mindfulness worldwide.
I have been practising Shiatsu for twenty years and have worked throughout London in various clinics and within corporate and third sector organisations, promoting relaxation and body-mind awareness to help foster wellbeing. I am also a qualified Qigong teacher and use simple exercises to help people arrive back to an embodied experience of themselves and to get to know the patterns of tension and pain in their bodies.
I hold a Masters Degree in Medical Anthropology from SOAS, University of London and have a particular interest in relationship between embodiment, movement and experience. In all my work, I aim to offer a safe space for people to open to themselves and connect with their own unique inner wisdom.
I moved from London to Wales 4 years ago and now work online offering mindfulness and focusing training. I also offer in person training in Gwynedd, Wales.
I am also currently training to be an Integrative Counsellor.
